INTRODUCTION

‘白日做夢（REVERIE）’ is a magazine published by our studio in December every year. The name of the magazine, Daydreaming, is a metaphor for a dream that cannot be realised. This idiom is very apt for the fantasy works we do, which are based on reality. The works are realistic and accessible, but the ideas they aim to express are often unrealised and exist only in one dream bubble after another.

In this magazine, I will mainly publish behind-the-scenes ideas and concepts related to model making, as well as some records of activities and some thoughts. But I won't go into too much detail about techniques and production processes. The reason I do this is because I think it is meaningful to introduce to you why I make these works and the stories behind them through this magazine. I hope that through this magazine, I can let you know more about my works and even inspire you.
